Put a bit of grain inside a piece of cheesecloth and drip it into the pot. As the soup boils, the cloth will absorb the salt.
Alternatively you can also try dipping a tablespoon with a cube of sugar in the soup. When the sugar starts melting, remove the spoon and dip again until the soup is to your taste.
